MindBody Bands with Paula Steenrod, MPH

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:15-7:15am

Back again to help you kick the new year's patootie with creative, fun exercises you can easily do at home with your own Franklin Method blue band. Join Paula to start your day and get a full body workout. We provide what you need, and bands are available for purchase to help you stay active at home. Be ready to groove with us!

Private fitness training with Paula Steenrod, $40/session this week only.

Paula Steenrod, MPH will be offering private appointments for health education and personal fitness training Monday, January 2 through Wednesday, January 4 and Friday, January 6 (no appointments Thursday). This is a perfect opportunity to learn more about your health and how to prevent and manage diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more with an active, healthy lifestyle. Functional Fitness + Pilates Mat with Paula

Tuesday, January 3 from 6:00-7:30pm

90 minute class

$15/person

We will begin with an up tempo circuit workout featuring workouts from Paula's blog posts. Then finish with traditional Pilates Mat for the whole body and a restful stretch and savasana time to complete your cool down and settle your mind. RSVP by Monday, January 2.

Potluck Dinner + Moonlight Snowshoe and Hike

Hosted by Karen Wise at her home in Fall Creek

 

Please arrive around 5pm, we'll finish up by about 9pm. Come enjoy the moon!

Please bring a small dish to pass. We will focus on vegan and vegetarian foods, and encourage you to bring your favorite recipe along with something to share for our meal. Recipes may be posted on the evolve wellness blog if you'd like. RSVP with an email to Cheri by Wednesday, January 4. What you think about your body and your movement has a direct impact. Did you know that improving function in one area of the body has a direct impact on the rest of your movement? Come learn simple imagery techniques to be more present with yourself, improve your movement, and restore natural function and health to these joints. Even students with joint replacements have experienced positive change with the Franklin Method – come on over to the studio and see how. Join us for this feature workshop to enjoy a healthy, strong experience with your knees and hips.
