Cheri Dostal, Owner, created Evolve Wellness, LLC during the summer of 2007. With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, Cheri enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for movement and fitness with each of her clients.

Cheri has been working hands-on with clients consistently since May 2003. Currently, she holds the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certificate as a CPT. She prefers to work with adult clients, and has additional experience in group exercise, pilates mat, yoga, and lifestyle coaching. Cheri also offers special workshops and presentations as a way to educate and empower people about health and fitness. Cheri obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.

Evolve Wellness, LLC primarily serves Eau Claire, Wisconsin and the Chippewa Valley area. Additional travel acceptable for speaking engagements and workshops.
