A 6 week Yoga series to establish a sound foundation for new practitioners, and help experienced practitioners move deeper into their practice with purpose and rich understanding of the human body. Space limited, classes held at The Yoga Center. Please register by Thursday, September 16.

Often in our daily lives we may neglect or disregard our physical bodies by the way we live, work, and even think about ourselves. Too many people in our culture accept illness, injury, or discomfort as the norm. We define health as a lack of illness, rather than working with desire toward our true imprint of health and vitality. You surely have wondered if there is a way to live at home in your body, moving through each day with energy and ease.

Blueprints offers you an opportunity to learn relevant practices to assist you in your journey toward feeling at home in your body, with a peaceful, clear mind and spirit. In this 6 week course, we will explore anatomy, breathing, posture, and Yoga Asana, giving you the confidence to practice and progress safely, receiving rich benefits from your efforts.

You do not need any prior experience in Yoga to join this group. A desire to learn and explore the human body will allow you to enjoy this workshop. Experienced practitioners may attend with a desire for applying these universal principles to improve the quality of their personal practice, opening to new opportunities to work with a deeper level of awareness. Participants with medical diagnoses or significant pain should consult with the teacher and their doctor/physical therapist before registration.
